Please sign my petition regarding a very sick 13 year old boy who set fire to a cat. It had to be euthanized. The petition asks for accountability and treatment.

Thanks! I have a dog also. Her name is Angel. She was "dumped" on the highway where I live. She was very young at the time, just a small puppy. She is a 3 year old mostly border collie now. She protects our home and her "herd" of cats!
